i telephoned direct to the shop for details of delivery and suitability of this bear for the age group I was buying for, the lady was extremely helpful and pleasant and was able to answer All my queries. The order was place that afternoon an arrived at 10.30 am the next morning. The wrapping was very professionally done and in a fine box. Could not have asked for a better service and would recommend to my friends and colleagues. I will certainly be a repeat customer in the future.
