This Russian dancer was initially a Principal of the Imperial Russian Ballet, before becoming the first performer of her genre, to be seen around the world, with her own dance company. It is Anna (Pavlova) and she has been lovingly designed by Isabelle Lee with Charlotte Morris for Charlie Bears.
Anna is a 25 cm / 10″, fully jointed, character bear. She has been sewn from a mix of sumptuously dense blue-tipped, pale-grey alpaca, with luxurious white mohair accents, including a woven strip, between her stitched defined digits and the padded soles of her wonderfully tactile, tickle toes! Endearing white enhanced, glossy black eyes and a cute, hand stitched white nose, featuring silver metallic highlights, gently shape her face, with delicately applied colour shading bringing definition and charm, whilst being part-bean filled, results in a good weight and that must-have, snugly, cuddly feel. To finish, a sheer baby-blue organza bow, with a bejewelled heart pendant and a co-ordinating bejewelled head piece.
