This cheese is relatively hard with origins in a Somerset village of the same name, who still produce it in the same way by maturing the cheese within the local caves. It’s Cheddar, a great name for a mouse and a fabulous mascot for our Cheddar store, The Gorge Bear co. He has been lovingly designed by Charlie Bears, with Charlotte Morris for Charlie Bears.
Cheddar is a fully jointed, character mouse. He has been sewn from a mix of sumptuously dense and semi-fluffy, soft and glossy tonal nutmeg plush, with white tummy accents, plus tactile faux suede, for the inners of his saucer ears, wispy tail and paws, with carded soles for independent standing and pose-ability. He has twinkling safety eyes and a smart hand stitched cocoa nose (with gold thread highlights), upon his shaped muzzle, complete with daintily applied colour shading, bringing more to his adorable charm. All of this whilst being part-bean filled, ensuring a good weight, plus that wonderful cuddly feel. To finish, a glorious sheer organza bow.
