The Macaroni Penguin is named after his distinctive feathered crest which looked like the feathers that men wore in their fashionable hats in the 1700’s. This is the wonderful curvy Maurice the Macaroni Penguin made by the British luxury soft toy company – Jellycat.
Maurice Macaroni Penguin is a soft toy made from a silky-soft charcoal grey plush with a white plush tummy, he has stitch defined plush webbed feet and shaped beak, both in a dark orange, plus two fluffy yellow plush crests above his shiny black safety eyes. His wide embroidered mouth gives him a wonderful grumpy expression, he is partly bean filled for that lovely squidgy feel and weight.
Made using all new materials, filled with polyester fibres and plastic pellets. Surface washable.
