Bear ordered arrived promptly with very good communication , unfortunately it was the wrong one , due I think to a labeling error. They promptly and efficiently sorted out the problem and shipped the right bear (who is lovely according to my partner). True measure of a good company, when things go wrong do they fix it fast. This one does.
