This amiable chap is trying to make a living, as you hear him shout “Read all about it!”, encouraging you to purchase one of his papers. From the British teddy bear maker, Merrythought.
‘Read All About It’ is a fully jointed character teddy bear. He has been sewn from the finest, luxuriously dense, curly mid-brown mohair with smooth faux suede soles and palms, with his right sole featuring the Merrythought logo ribbon. He has glossy, two-tone brown safety eyes with a smart hand stitched nose and friendly grin. Worn jauntily over his right ear is an over-sized tweed cap, whilst his left paw holds a copy of the Ironbridge Gazette paper, with more in his over the shoulder, white cotton bag with red strap, promoting the name of the paper ‘Ironbridge Gazette’ in red.
He comes with his numbered certificate of authenticity.
