The Chipmunk resides in North America, with one exception, the Common or Siberian Chipmunk which can be found throughout Asia. Like hamsters, they have cheek pouches, so they can safely carry their food to places of storage, or a safer area to eat. This beautiful wee Chipmunk, is named Chippie and is from the award winning, American, soft toy company, Bearington.
Chippie is a soft toy chipmunk. He has been sewn from two gorgeously soft and dense, close-pile plush in honey and white, with a magnificent, fluffy long-pile, black-tipped, honey tail, plus velvety-smooth accents for his wee ears and paws. His gleaming, black safety eyes draw you in, but it’s the hand applied air shading that brings, shape and definition to his cocoa stripes, paws and endearing facial features. All of this and he been gently stuffed with premium, soft poly fill, whilst also being part-bean filled for that tactile, must-have, squidgy soft feel. Just gorgeous.
