Just too enchanting is this 20cm tall soft toy Baby Emperor Penguin, made by the UK based company, Keel Toys. He is sewn from super soft plushes in white, grey and black with endearing, two tone blue eyes, whilst beans in his lower half, adds to that lovable, squidgy feel. Having been hand made, Baby Emperor Penguin is surface washable only. This Keel product fully conforms to European safety standards – EN71.
