Don’t be surprised if your breath is taken away as you enter either of these shops. There is something suitable for everyone, from young to old, collectible to cuddly soft toys and something for everyone’s budget.
The staff were extremely helpful when I needed to swap my new bear for a larger size and needed the replacement quickly. The new bear arrived the next day and my mother (who has dementia) absolutley loves it.

Very disappointed with bear which was stuffed into an organza bag which when removed from it the bear was flattened squashed and very ugly. Why the bag? to save space I expect. With lots of manipulating of the bear it is now ok but the joy of receiving it was ruined by the packaging. The service and other items - greetings cards were fine but will not buy any more soft toys from you.
