The representative that I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful, and I did make a purchase but, it wasn't the item that I originally ordered as it turned out not to be in stock or production any more. These days there's no excuse for a website allowing one to order an item that's out of stock without it warning you of the fact and even suggesting when it might be available again.

On the various occasions that I phoned you nobody answered. I also went out of my way to be friendly and sent you an email with a photo of my old teddy bear since childhood. I did not receive either a reply or an acknowledgement for this gesture. This is (a) unfriendly and (b) bad business as you have put me off dealing with you and I might have bought a great deal of product from you in the future.
