I rang to check whether the bear I wanted to buy was in stock, & what I should expect the delivery time to be. The lady who answered my call confirmed the bear was in stock & suggested that if I placed my order before 3pm (?) then it would be despatched that day. True to her word, we received the bear, well packaged, within 2 days of placing the order.

Earl is the most beautiful bear, gorgeous soft wavy mohair, adorable face - definitely one to treasure.

She looks gorgeous and very safe. I might buy another.
