Overall good, but check out options for bear box/bag wasnt clear, was hoping for a nice Steiff box and got a bad.Also was expecting a nice (plastic bank card size) gift card, not a hand written normal 'kitty' card, which sadly I lothe, would not have paid £1.99 extra had I know.But otherwise very prompt service and delivery.

First class. I was a new customer and that brings about the usual miss given. No need to worry about this shop on line. Company was first rate, goods arivied on time , well raped up and it was obviously care had been taken on customer service .
