I had been trying to get a specific item and called to see if World of Bears could help. They were so helpful and a delight to deal with. You always know you are in good hands when you can talk about the importance of the expression on a bear and the person on the end of the phone doesn’t think you’re crazy! Order was despatched quickly and carefully packaged so arrived in perfect condition.
Wonderful customer service - very friendly and helpful. Great range to choose from. My purchases came very quickly in a good strong box and tissue paper. Highly recommend.
