The customer service was fantastic. The Kangaroo was even better than I expected, really life like and so soft just fabulous. The packaging was dreadful as all the sellotape had not stuck to the box, it was lucky it was still there as the box was a right mess.
The third King completes my collection. They are a gorgeous set and look fabulous on my tree.
