Impressed with, paid for, prompt delivery. NOT impressed with WoB plastered all over box... In a care home - leaving gift - no privacy. COULD have been a large bear for a child, as a surprise gift, arriving at someone's home... NO quality gift bag - expected, and as for the Notelet! Expected a printed message, otherwise could have written the message myself. Misjudged the bear size - my fault - but I very much have my wits about me. Others could be 'misled', & I was very disappointed, and couldn't recommend WoB.
