The lady who helped me on the telephone was incredibly helpful. She sourced a discontinued item for me. I couldn't be more pleased!

Service was great, the only problem I had was that I ordered a Bashful Jellycat that was shown as in stock on their website, completed the purchase and then the next day received an email stating that in fact the item wasn't in stock. They apologised so I was happy with that and just chose another colour. Was impressed that they gave a personal service and tried to call me to inform me before emailing me - that shows good customer service. But 4 stars from me as the website should have been updated to show correct stock.

Thank you for your job, everything was just perfect. Nice and easy. I'm totally happy with my order.

lovely, adorable it is much better if that is possible in real life
